Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Prepare to remove and realign body panel
   • Task instructions are interpreted and vehicle body panel to be worked on is identified
   • Manufacturer specifications and workplace procedures for removing and aligning body panel are sourced and interpreted
   • Safety requirements are sourced and interpreted
   • Potential hazards and risks associated with task are identified and reported to workplace supervisor

2. Remove body panel
   • Body panel is removed according toworkplace procedures and safety requirements, and without causing damage to components, tools or equipment

3. Replace and realign body panel
